Why I Built Influent.
And Why It Matters!
I am Christen, the founder of Influent International.
My background is in behavioral science. I’ve spent years in academia and applied work studying why people do what they do inside organizations, inside relationships, inside their own patterns of behavior, and what it actually takes to change those patterns in a lasting way.
I also grew up watching my parents run a small business. I know what that looks like from the inside. The dedication it takes. The late nights. The way the dream and the grind live right next to each other, and how hard it is to protect one while surviving the other.
That combination, the science and the personal history, is why Influent exists.
Because I kept seeing businesses that were doing so much right and still not growing the way they deserved to. And I knew the reason was almost always underneath the surface. Not in the effort. In the design.
